It All Begins
at the Pulp

At an early age, I realized the importance of patients with care. I witness my mom, late JoAnn Tigrett, fight a 12-year-long battle with cancer. I guess she was my first inspiration into the healthcare field. I noticed the importance of providing the best patient experience and care. I care deeply of my patients and enjoy getting them out of pain and solving difficult diagnostic situations.

If your tooth is or not salvageable or if treatment can wait; you will get my honest opinion.

I love what I do. But I love even more when patients are amazed to be able to save their natural teeth, more importantly their smile and walk-out of my chair surprised that it was not as painful as they imagine. I am forever a student in my field and I am constantly reading or attending seminars to learn more about endodontics and learn how medicine has evolved. I invite you to find out more about my passion for health and how I can help you know more about endodontics in a fun way. I promise I will keep it light and share information with you that is helpful.

I am proud to be Board Certified, earning the title of Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. I am an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Endodontists, the California Dental Association, the Napa-Solano Dental Society and an active member of the TDO Clinicians advisory board. But most importantly, I'm human too. I deeply care about saving patients natural teeth.

Cheers to saving your natural teeth!

My patients described me as their pain-free doctor, one who is patient; I’ve been told of having “ballerina hands” and providing a spa like treatment. I bet you didn’t think root canal treatment can feel like a spa.

We (root canal specialists) have a bad rep, until you find an endodontist that loves what he does. We have an amazing job, we take people out of pain and bring a smile to their face. The feeling of saving your tooth is priceless. I will tell you the tooth and nothing but the truth.

I’m a father of two gorgeous IVFs babies and married to a Venezuelan that was raised in Miami. Born in a small town outside of DC called Hagerstown (even though my wife feels like it’s nowhere close to DC it’s only about an hour drive). Currently I’ve been living in wine country, Napa Valley since 2014. You can usually find me behind a microscope or reading about endodontics.
